Freelance - 900 Euros / Day - SAP BTP Consultant – Freelance – Greenfield Innovation Programme

We are supporting a leading organisation in the Benelux region that is starting a major greenfield digital transformation, and they are looking for an experienced
SAP BTP Consultant
to join their innovation programme as a long-term freelancer.

This is not a support role. It is a true build and innovation project where you will work on new applications, integrations, and cloud-based services that will shape the client's SAP landscape for years to come.

• End-to-end ownership from concept to deployment across analytics, integrations, automation and extensions.

Role Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise solutions across the SAP BTP portfolio including Integration Suite, Build Workflow, CAP, Extensions and Automation.
• Work with the SAP Architect to define cloud architecture, governance and best practices.
• Build cloud native applications and extensions for S4HANA and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and manage APIs, event-driven integrations and data flows.
• Deliver proofs of concept, prototypes and new digital services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and agile delivery.
• Advise the client on BTP capabilities, roadmap impact and adoption strategy.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP with at least 2 to 3 years of practical project delivery.
• Expertise in Integration Suite, Cloud Application Programming (CAP), or Java, or BTP Extension development.
• Experience integrating with S4HANA, SuccessFactors or other SAP cloud products.
• Familiarity with event mesh, API management and cloud security concepts.
• Ability to work independently as a senior freelancer and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable in an innovation oriented, fast moving environment.
• English required. Dutch or French is an advantage.

Contract Details

• Location: Benelux. 1 Day every 2 weeks - Brussels
• Start: ASAP or within 4 weeks.
• Duration: 12 months with multi year programme potential.
